From a young age watching Good Eats with Alton Brown, and How It's Made, my interest in food composition inspired me to earn a Bachelors of Science in Food Science and Technology! Now-a-days, I love channeling these interests into vibrant displays of food and delivering an experience that is all things charcuterie related!
